Processing Time
All of our products are printed on demand through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Once you place an order, production typically takes 2–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $75
- Standard shipping: $4.99 — delivery in 3–7 business days after production
- Express shipping: $12.99 — delivery in 2–4 business days after production
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package through the carrier's website.
Return Policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligible Returns
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Original packaging is preferred but not required
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items that have been washed, worn, or altered
- Stickers (due to their nature)
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions
- Ship the item back to us
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
